Jackson Maloney is a singer-songwriter and folk musician based in Hygiene, Colorado.
Originally from northern California, he moved out to the Front Range in 2012 to attend college at CU Boulder. A creative writing class his sophomore year reignited his love for prose, poetry, and songwriting. In 2019, he released his debut album, Things To Live For, a set of sparsely produced songs that showcase a guitar style and lyrical prowess he attributes to the influence of Townes Van Zandt. In 2021, he released his second project, Dharma Farm, which was recorded in the barn-turned-music-venue located at its namesake in Hygiene.
His self-titled third album, released April 2023, showcases the originality he’s developed over years of songwriting to deliver listeners a true sonic portrait of Jackson Maloney.
