Food Truck Update February, 2025:

We are excited to announce Chef Darragh Byrne of Cruagh Catering Co has purchased the Food Trailer from The Niwot Wheel House. Chef Darragh will be serving food from inside the Wheel House Bar while he goes through the process of rebranding and licensing the trailer Tuesday - Friday, 5:00pm-9:00pm for the time being!

Chef Darragh Byrne of Cruagh offers a contemporary menu that features local seasonal produce and meats.

Cuisines from around Europe, Asia, North America, and more can be seen on the ever changing menu.
